  1. 1 cupboiled rotini pasta
  2. 1 cupdiced onion
  3. 1 cupdiced beetroot
  4. 1 cupdiced tomato
  5. 1 cupdiced green onion
  6. 1 cupgrated carrots
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  10. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  11. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  12. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  13. 2 tablespoonsdark soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take some oil in a pan and add onion

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and vegetables then cook well at low flame

  3. 3

    Now add soy sauce and ketchup then add boiled rotini pasta

  4. 4

    Mix well and enjoy so yumm healthier rotini with beetroot twist

  5. 5

Made this for dinner tonight—so delicious!! Wonderful flavor and texture. Served over linguine, because that's what was in the pantry. I added some oil-marinated squash and a bit of roasted cabbage that needed to be used up, too.
