Homemade pineapple jam

First, peel your pineapple,incase you have used a full one.

Remove the core first

Chop into pieces

Take your pan, over medium low heat add the chopped pieces of pineapple

Add the 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil
- 6
Once boiling, add the sugar

Mix well

Cook over medium low flame for 40 minutes until it thickens and always stir to avoid it from burning

Turn off the heat and let it cool

Once cooled, put it in an air tight container or jar and place it in the refrigrator for use
