In a kadhai add milk with lemon make panner. Now with the palm nicely smooth it panner at least 10 min.

In kadhai take water add sygar once sugar will get dissolve after 3 min switch off the flame and add cardamom powder.

With paneer make balls whatever size we want and switch on the flame.and start adding one by one our panner balls.

Covee it on medium flame 30 min and switch off the flame. Our rasgulla is ready.
