Kadha is not only a preventive measure but also corrective one. It's a decoction of herbs. It is prepared by boiling seeds and spices which you can't eat or consume raw. When boiled they leave their robust flavors as well as healing power in the decoction. It provides relief during change of season and helps fight the symptoms of cold and cough. It helps you to relax and it tastes good too. It is best served hot. It's an all in one remedy for all digestion based ailments. Nothing better than a homemade tea with herbs and warming spices. Boost your immune system so that you can ward off all germs and stay healthy.
