Hummus is so healthy. Always loved to order from Arabian restaurants but this Corona limits everything. Had to find a easy way. I totally made it from my test memory. Made it from our country grown organic chickpeas hence this light yello color.

Hummus is so healthy. Always loved to order from Arabian restaurants but this Corona limits everything. Had to find a easy way. I totally made it from my test memory. Made it from our country grown organic chickpeas hence this light yello color.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBoiled Chickpeas (You can use canned too)
  2. 1/2 cupsour yoghurt
  3. 1&1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  4. 1 tspFresh Lemon Juice
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4th tsp Sugar (to enhance the taste, can avoid if you want)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all in a blender and blend until smooth consistency and enjoy. Can put some olive oil on top before serving. I don’t like oil too much so didn’t. Enjoy with your pita and Kabab.
