Ingredients

  • 2pineapple slices
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • As neededwMint leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut pineapple into round circle and remove it's rough portion

    Spread sugar over it and rest for 10 minutes so that sugar dissolves

    Heat griller than place pineapple circle over it and grill 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Grill it both sides and remove it on a plate when cool place it into freeze for chilled and enjoy it cool either with ice cream or any dessert
