Lovely sauce:this orange colord qwik sauce , goes well with almost any meal alhamdulillah,be it ugali, rice,breads ,am sure even casava and plantene too ...even pasta!!! Here made a smaller batch trial version so ,once pleased with out come, be sure to double it etc for a heartier meal with family!! And can have with side salads or veggie dish of choice to make a complete meal with the foods of choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • Almost Half can (abt 2 ripen tomatos with juce)chopped tomatoesl
  • 1 teaspoonplain paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoonmild Madras curry
  • Little garlic (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 3 tablespoonsthick yogart
  • 1medium onion chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 150grams,peeld medium small prawns(half the 300g prawn packt)
  • Chilli flakes,corriander herb for garnish

Steps

    Preps:chop onions,heat oil and fry until golden brown.add spices briefly add tomotoes.then breaking down to cook tomatoes and onions til soft to make sauce

    Frying:Add the prawns very breliefly.aftervsoje sizzle,add yogart just to heat up through, and combine..bismillah and enjoy
