Ingredients

  • 4peeled matoke
  • 4peeled arrow roots
  • 2 cupsWater
  • Onion
  • Blended tomatoes
  • Potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Add cooking oil in a cooking pot, add onions and cook until golden brown, and garlic, now add mix of arrow, potatoes, matoke and cover

  2. 2

    Add blended tomatoes and 2cups of water and let it simmer for 20min or until is ready, enjoy
