  1. 3-4boiled Mashed potatoes
  2. 2onion chopped onion
  3. 1 tbspchopped hara dhaniya
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tspchopped adrak
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspAmchoor powder
  8. 1 tsplal mirch
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tsppowdered anardana
  11. 1/2 tspthick saunf
  12. As required aata dough

    First, take the mashed potato and chopped onion, add all spices, hara dhaniya and mix well.

    Take aata dough make a ball. Dust the rolling board put the ball. Roll it like a pori put the mix on it. Make a ball and roll again to 6-7 inches.

    Heat a tawa.put parantha on it. Cook it. Spread oil at both sides. When cook serve hot with tea or curd.
