Pakoda is made with urad dal and kadhi is half besan and urad dal. Also Pakoda is not fried, it's make in appe pan. So it's very healthy, delicious and tempting too.

Pakoda is made with urad dal and kadhi is half besan and urad dal. Also Pakoda is not fried, it's make in appe pan. So it's very healthy, delicious and tempting too.

Firstly soaked the urad dal for 4 hours then grind it.

Now add in dal batter red chilli powder, afesotedia, salt, turmeric powder and mix it properly.

Make pakoda in appe pan, grease the pan and put the batter. Then baked in appe pan for 10 minutes from both sides.

Take it out from appe pan and put aside.

Take a big mixing bowl, whisk sour curd with urad dal paste, Besan and water. Make a smooth mixture without any lumps. Add red chili powder, turmeric and salt mix it properly.

Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing. When cumin seeds start to crackle add red chili, ginger and garlic paste.

Then add the sour curd mixer with one hand while stirring constantly with the other hand. Do not stop stirring otherwise lumps will form. Now lower down the heat stirring constantly till it starts boiling. Let it simmer for 10 -15 minute on low heat or till the kadhi gets thickened.

Now add the Pakoda in kadhi and cooked it on sim flame.

When kadhi cooked, Pakoda get soft, switch off the flame. Now tempered it. Take ghee in pan heat it then add cumin seeds and red chilli powder.

Served with rice, chappati and enjoy.
