Mix the flour with water along with ghee and knead the dough.

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes.

After 10 min make a big poori shape but in thick size and cut with sharp bowl as much as pieces cut and make pitthi of all dough.

Then take a whistle in soaked massor and water. Until we make tadka for dal add ghee in a pan and add cumin, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and fry it, until it turns brown (approx 5 min).

After a whistle we add all atta pitthi in pressure cooker and add tadka mix it well.

And take 1 more whistle to cook pitthi and after a whistle your dal pitthi is ready to serve garlicish with fresh coriander leaves.
