Ingredients

  1. 1large ripe mango
  2. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 250 grams)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/2 cupvegetable oil (about 100 grams)
  5. 1 packetbaking powder
  6. 1lemon zest
  7. 1plain yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    First, cut the mango into pieces and blend it.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.

    While stirring, add the oil, yogurt, and finally the flour with the baking powder.

    Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and arrange mango slices on top as desired.
