Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupalphonso mango pulp
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspoil or butter
  6. 2 tbsp milk
  7. 3 tspmix dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl sift all dry ingredients, 2 to 3 times in bowl add liquid ingredients and whip untill lump free, add milk if needed

    Mix mango pulp well dont over mix,grease cake pan and pour batter, spread dry fruits on the top meanwhile preaheat steamer or kadai keep salt at the bottom of the cooker preheat 10 minutes

    Now close lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat, cook till inserted toothpick comes out clean

    Switch off flame, let the cake rest in the cooker after cool,remove the cake and slice it,ready to serve
