Ingredients

  • 1 kgMutton mince
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1 tbspchopped ginger
  • 4_5 green chili
  • 5tomatoes paste
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds /dry roast
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds / dry roast
  • 4red dry chili / dry roast
  • 20black pepper/ dry roast
  • 1 tbsdry fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2oil
  • 4onion slices cut
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspgrind garam masala
  • leavesSome coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/3 cupcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixer jar and add black pepper cumin seeds red chili coriander seeds and grind well powder and keep aside

    Take a pan add oil add chopped onion stir fry and add Mutton mince stir cook add ginger garlic paste salt stir cook and add grind masala and add chopped garlic and tomato paste and stir cook add curd and dry fenugreek leaves cook well with cover slow Flame 10 minutes

    Now add onion slices and chopped ginger and chopped green chili and coriander leaves and grind garam masala and lemon juice stir together cook and keep slow Flame for 10minutes with lid ready to serve with paratha and salad
