Tawa Butter Naans

#cookpadindia
A flavoursome all time favourite Indian Bread that is loved by many including the kids. The reason for this is that these are soft, fluffy and melt in mouth and goes well with even the plain Cheese or Sugar. My children love them with some Cheese on top or even Sugar. Nothing else needed for them. That's the reason I make these yummy Naans with lots of variations making them healthy and nutritious. All the variations are on my profile which include Green Leafy Naans, Veggie Naans, Garlic Butter Naans and Aata Buttery Methi Naans. Now this one is the most simplest of all with just Butter and some Coriander Leaves.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen Everyone!

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

To the warm milk add in the yeast and set aside to bubble up in a warm place. Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2

Using the yeast mix, knead the dough till everything is well done and set it aside in a warm place to rest for about an hour.

  3. 3

Once done, start by dividing the dough into equal portions. With this recipe, you can make out 15 (or can depend upon the person making it).

  4. 4

Now with each portion, make out ovals of equal thickness, make sure to take care to be gentle. When all the ovals are moulded, set them in a warm place preferably for a second round of rising for about 20 minutes. At this point of time, apply some water on top. Spread Sesame Seeds, Black Seeds and chopped Coriander.

  5. 5

Roast them on a medium to medium high heat on a tawa preferably on both the sides. After done spread generous amount of Butter on top. Serve these melt in mouth super fluffy Butter Naans with your favourite curries or enjoy these with some plain butter. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
