Well, I ran out of hamburger buns. I picked up some tomato basil wraps earlier in the day. I wasn’t even planning to grill anything but the wrap saved the day. A straight forward recipe tweaked to work for a wrap.

Well, I ran out of hamburger buns. I picked up some tomato basil wraps earlier in the day. I wasn’t even planning to grill anything but the wrap saved the day. A straight forward recipe tweaked to work for a wrap.

Ingredients

20 Minutes
1-2 People
  1. 1 lb.Ground beef
  2. Black Pepper
  3. Onion Powder
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. 1 PacketSazón
  6. 1Squirt Hoisin Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Season Ground beef well. I was cooking on the grill, so I molded it into a rectangle to work for a wrap.

    Place on grill or in hot pan. This burger is going to be thick. I suggest not rushing it. Let it cook in peace and be patient. Be sure the flame isn’t too hot.

    When you have flipped your burger once and you feel it’s almost done to your liking, add your cheese.

  4. 4

    Dress your wrap, top your burger, enjoy.
