Ingredients

160 g (1 1/3 sticks)+ 1 tbsp) Butter
100 g (1/2 cup)White sugar
100 g (1/2 cup)Brown sugar
1Large egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tbsp Milk
300 g (2 cups)All purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking powder ½ tsp Salt Chocolate Chips
Makes approx. 150 mini cookies

#Method:
In a large bowl melt the butter. Add the vanilla extract, white sugar and brown sugar.

Add the egg and sifted dry ingredients, and mix to combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter/dough to a piping bag, and pipe cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160 °C (320 °F) for 5 - 8 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool completely.

Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your cookies.
