  • 5large Irish potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Maggi

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and slice with potatoes peeler

  2. 2

    Soak into salt water for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Remove from salt water and add Maggi, pepper and mix very well

  4. 4

    Fry in a hot oil on a middle heat

  5. 5

    Enjoy with cool drink or hot tea.
