Ingredients

20minutes
4 people
  • 1 cupWheat Rava
  • 2 cupWater
  • 2 tbspMoong dal
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 cupVegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tspUrad dal
  • 2Whole chilli
  • 5-6Curryleaves
  • as neededOil and salt
  • as neededCoriander Leaves

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds, urad daal, whole chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well.

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetables, moong dal and salt.

  4. 4

    Now add water and cover it for 1whistle.

  5. 5

    Keep in simmer for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney.
