In a pot add water onions meat sabit garam masala including kali mirch 6 to 7 long 3 to 4 darcheeni 2 sticks bari elachi 2 and haldi lal mirch and cook on high heat for 15min.

Now add lehson and salt in cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 30min approx ao the meat get tender 80percent.

After meat get tender on high heat add Tomotes grinded and zeera powder Dhania powder and bhonify.add adrak paste too.

Now add oil when Tomatoes leave water in it on high heat bhonify meat and now add fenugreek leaves 1tbsp and yogurt and tenday in it and add water 2cups at this stage and cover the lid.

Simmer for 20min so tenday get tender now add Dhania and green chillies and serve with naan or Rice.
