Knead a soft dough using all ingredients for the dough. Keep it aside.

To make the stuffing use all ingredients and mix well.

Now to make it, take one ball of dough, roll it in an elongated shape. Then take the stuffing and make that too in an elongated shape. Place the stuffing roll on one side. Start rolling from one side till the centre and stop.Now with a knife make strips and again roll it. Make a ring and join the ends.

Heat oil and start frying the the samosa rings. Fry till nice golden brown and crispy.

Take a bowl and add all ingredients for chaat except coriander leaves and black pepper powder. Mix well.

In a serving plate, place the ring samosa, add the filling of chaat in the centre of the ring samosa. Garnish with coriander leaves and black pepper powder and tomatoe ketchup.
