  1. 1 1/2 cupRAVA
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tspred Chilli Powder
  6. 1/2 tspENO

Cooking Instructions

20-25 MINUTES
  1. 1

    MIX RAVA, CURD, SALT, WATER AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 20 MINUTES

    TAKE A BLENDER JAR.....ADD GARLIC AND RED CHILI POWDER......BLEND TO A PASTE

    AFTER 20 MINUTES, DIVIDE THE BATTER IN THREE PARTS

    TAKE ONE PART OF BATTER ADD ENO 1/2 TSP AND MIX.......POUR IN GREASED MOULD

  5. 5

    BOIL SOME WATER IN A VESSEL AND PLACE MOULD IN IT AND COVER THE VESSEL........STEAM IT FOR 5 MINUTES

  6. 6

    TAKE 2ND PART OF BATTER AND ADD GARLIC PASTE AND MIX......ADD ENO 1/2 TSP AND MIX.......POUR ON IT........STEAM IT FOR 5 MINUTES

  7. 7

    TAKE 3RD PART OF BATTER....ADD ENO 1/2 TSP....MIX......POUR ON IT.......STEAM IT FOR 15-20 MINUTES

    Three layer dhokla is ready

    FOR TEMPERING.....TAKE A FRY PAN.....ADD OIL, MUSTARD SEEDS, SESAME SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES

    Spread on dhokla
