Ingredients

4 people
  1. 250 gmsdahi
  2. 4big sized potatoes
  3. 2medium sized chopped onions
  4. 10-12curry leaves
  5. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 4 tablespoonsoil
  9. to tasteSalt according

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    After it heats up add mustard seeds and 4-5 curry leaves. Let them splater.

  3. 3

    Add onions, turmeric powder and salt and fry till the onions become soft.

  4. 4

    Add in the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Add in red chilli powder and fry for 2-3 mins.

  6. 6

    Then add the dahi and curry leaves and cover and cook for 10 mins more stirring occasionally on medium heat.
