  2. 1bari Pyaz slice
  3. 1 tspAdrak paste
  4. 1 tspLehsan paste
  5. 3/4 cupGhee
  6. 1/2 tspLal Mirch powder1+
  7. Dhaniya powder 1+1/2 tsp
  8. 1 tspHaldi powder
  9. Kaala zeera 1+1/2 tsp
  10. 1/4 tspGaram Masala powder
  11. Namak 1 tsp or to taste
  12. 4 cupPani
  13. Adrak garnish ke liye
  14. Gondhay aatay (whole wheat flour) ka pera 1 roti jitna

  1. 1

    Matti ki handi mein ghee daal kar Pyaz golden fry karen

    Mutton add karen, uska pani khushk ho tou lehsan adrak paste daal kar bhoney

  3. 3

    Namak, laal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala daal kar bhoney.

  4. 4

    Ab 4 cup pani daal kar gosht galnay ka liye dhak kar halki aanch par rakh dain.

  5. 5

    Atay mein 1/2 cup Pani daal kar rakh dain, us pani ko hum gravy thick karney ke liye use karen gay.

  6. 6

    Gosht gal jaye tou atay Wala pani daal kar andaza kar lain apko kitna thick chahiye. Flame slow kar lain.

  7. 7

    Ab kaala zeera daal dain thora hath sy crush kar ke. Oil oper a jaye tou nikal kar garam Garamserve karen.
