Add cashew nuts in hai mixture grinder and make a fine powder mix it sugar powder and cardamom powder and prepare a semi soft dough

Then divide the dough into two parts add food colour in 1st part green and 2nd part red mix it well.

Then take small portion on dough and make small ball in red dough, repeat the method to make all balls.

Now take some green dough in your hand press it add red ball in it then make green ball. Repeated same process and make all balls.

Keep it all ball in fridge for 15min to set it. Then cut the shape of lotus.

Now your kaju lotus mithai is ready to serve. Happy rakhshabandhan.
