Ingredients

  • 200 gCottage cheese
  • 1.1/2kg Milk
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • as required Pistachio
  • 100 gmsugar
  • 1 tspcorn starch
  • 3 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk till it's becomes thick and add ghee. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Now, add cottage cheese and mix well for 10 minutes on lower flame.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, cardamom powder. Mix well. Spread ghee in the plate. Spread the mixture. Garnish with pistachio.Let it be cool and cut into pieces.
