Ingredients

  1. 6raw bananas
  2. 1/2arrow root
  3. Salt
  4. 1onion
  5. 1big ripe tomatoe
  6. 1/2tsp tumeric/curry powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. Oil
  10. Capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash bananas and arrow root. Chop onion, capsicum and tomatoes.

    In a cooking pan saute onions on medium heat, add bananas and arrow root then add tomatoes, capsicum, salt and spices

  3. 3

    Cover for 2min then stir/mix gently, add enough water and cover until well cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve.
