Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 c.Graham crackers crushed
  2. 3 tbs.sugar
  3. 3 c.melted butter
  4. 3 (8 oz)packages cream cheese softened
  5. 3/4 cpacked brown sugar
  6. 2 tbsflour
  7. 3eggs
  8. 2 tspvanilla
  9. 1/2 cchopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

    Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of 9-in springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 min. Set aside. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add brown sugar and flour. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into crust bake at 275 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
