Ingredients

4_5 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • For flavour
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • as required Oil or ghee for deep frying
  • as requiredWater for mixture

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thick consistency paste of wheat flour and sugar with water.

    Heat the oil/ghee into deep pan

    Now fry this batter into hot ghee or oil into small pakora shape

  4. 4

    Serve hot
