Wash and cut egg plants in cylinder Al shape

Take oil in pan or tawa on medium slow flame

Take mixture in the center of slices

Put on pan 1 by 1

Assembled all and fry the with cover on medium slow flame. For 15 to 18 mints

Serve with white rice or chapati
