  • 2 cupsBesan
  • Ata half cup
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Onion 1 chop
  • Green chillies 2 chop
  • White cumin half tsp
  • Green coriander
  • Water for kneading
  • Desi ghee for frying

Steps

    Mix all ingredients

  2. 2

    Knead dough with water

  3. 3

    Make a soft dough

  4. 4

    Then make a flat roti

  5. 5

    Heat fry pan or tawa

  6. 6

    Fry roti with Desi ghee

  7. 7

    Serve with pickles Lassi & mint chutney delicious. Happy cooking💕
