Steps

Take a mixing bowl add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk powder mix then add butter and mix with your fingers tips so flour looks like a breadcrumbs.

Then add 2 beaten eggs, milk or water as needed and make a soft dough cover with clingfilm and rest the dough about an hour.

After an hour transfer the dough on a floured surface and kneed the dough with soft hands then roll out with rolling pin into a round shape 1 inches thick.
Transfer in baking tray lined with parchment paper. - 4

Add the jam and dried fruit to the centre and bake in the oven at 180°C / 356°F for 20 to 25 mins. Or until it’s golden in colour.
Serve hot or cold.
