Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. 1 1/4 cupsrice (250 g)
  2. 1 cupricotta cheese (250 g)
  3. 1 1/4 cupssugar (250 g)
  4. 3eggs
  5. Grated lemon and orange zest
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Candied fruit, chopped, to taste
  8. 1 tablespoonlimoncello or similar liqueur

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, whisk together the ricotta, sugar, and eggs until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Add the rice and all the flavorings.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour.
