Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 people
  • 500 gmPalak (spinach)
  • 200 gmpaneer(pieces)
  • 3-4tomato Puree/ chopped
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspgarlic Ginger paste
  • 50 gmcurd
  • 50 gmall-purpose flour/ maida
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly roast the maida. And cut the Palak and make paste of it.

  2. 2

    In a mixer make paste of onion, ginger and garlic.

    Chopped the tomatoes /tomato Puriand also cut paneer in small pieces.

    In a pan add oil and add ginger, garlic and red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, salt,Also add onion and cook till red.

  5. 5

    To this add maida and curd.

  6. 6

    Now add paste in Palak and pieces of paneer.

    Cool for 5 mins and garnish with paneer and coriander leaves before serving.
