Ingredients

15 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 5.5 ozpasta (about 160 grams)
  2. 2 teaspoonsfinely chopped almonds
  3. 1large bunch fresh basil
  4. About 20 olives (I used stuffed olives)
  5. Salt and olive oil, to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta.

  2. 2

    Wash the basil leaves and place them in a food processor with the almonds and a little olive oil.

  3. 3

    Blend everything until finely chopped. Add a splash of water or more oil if the mixture is too thick.

  4. 4

    Cut the olives in half and add them to the pesto.

  5. 5

    Drain the pasta and toss it with the pesto mixture. Serve cold. If you prefer, you can use black olives.
