Prepare the soup by boiling water with daikon radish, cilantro roots, and white pepper. Once boiling, add the Knorr bouillon cubes.

In a pan, heat oil and fry the garlic until golden. Wash the rice, then add the fried garlic with oil, ginger slices, and a little seasoning powder. Add the prepared soup, using the same amount of liquid as you would for cooking rice. Stir well and taste; it should be slightly more flavorful than regular soup. Add the cleaned chicken and cook until done.

For the sauce, since we don't have a blender, we pound the chili and ginger finely. Mix with sugar, fermented soybeans, and vinegar. Add a little dark soy sauce for color. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. No need to flatten them like at the store, haha. Serve the rice with sauce and soup. Enjoy!
