Ingredients

5 servings

2 lbChicken breast
1/2 lbsweet potato, diced
15 ozcan black beans
1 cansweet corn
1red onion, diced
14 ozcan diced tomatoes
16 ozregular tomato sauce
15 ozcan pinto beans
2 cupschicken broth
1/2 canChipotle peppers in adobo sauce, sliced
2 tspsalt
1 tspground cumin

Put all ingredients together in crockpot

Cool on low for 8 hours

After 7 hours, remove chicken breasts, shred, and mix back in with chili (this will thicken sauce)

Serve!
