It's yummy 😋 in taste and is healthy. It is good for all as it has no oil.

In a bowl take Mutton Mince. Add maize flour, corn flour and knead for 5 minutes by hand. Rest it 20 minutes.

Now add salt and all spices, chopped green chillies, coriander, ginger garlic paste, oil, eggs and again knead it for 5 minutes. Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.

Now knead it. Grease palm and make cylindrical shapes or seekh Kabab. Pass seekh through it's mid and keep one by one on coal (koila).

Time to time turn it's sides so that Cook properly from all sides.

When color change to golden brown and cook properly transfer to plate and serve 😊 with rice or roti whatever you like.
