2Butter Cubes (Amul)
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1/2 teaspoonBaking Powder
1 pinchBaking Soda
2 TablespoonMilk (room temperature)
2 TablespoonHershey's Syrup

First turn on the gas flame and pour there Salt, a stand, then a plate with Butter paper on the top and cover it's lid and then pre heat it. In the mean time start the preparation for our Cookie's. Keep it in medium flame and then slow the flame.

Now take a mixing Bowl pour there Butter, powder sugar, 2 Tablespoons of milk and with the help of a hand blender just Whip it for 2 mins in the middle you can stop in the middle of it then again start.

Now add backing powder, backing soda, then slowly add Maida (All-purpose flour) and gently mix it well. Now add some choco chips to it and form a Dough. Then make small....small balls out of this and make peda shape (round and round) and just press it from the top and make a centre and pour 2 drops of Hershey's Syrup and just close the mouth of the and make balls and just press it. Add more Choco chips on the top and now place all Cookie's on the preheated Kadhai for 30 mins.

First 5 mins in high flame then low the flame and bake it. When it's colour changes little and it's lower part should be Crispy then remove it repeat the same with the other's.

Note: Don't bake at a time all (Bake 3 to 4).
