Masala Murmura (Puffed rice)

This Puffed rice is prepared in a different way, from the usual one. The taste is also unique. In the pouring rain , sitting near the window, listening to the piter-pater rain drops , one palm with masala murmura and with other hand, a cup of hot tea. Wow!! Just imagine.

Heat the oil in kadhi. Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle.

Then add broken dry chilli, garlic,green chilli and curry leaves. Fry for 1 min on low heat.
Add turmeric, imli, sambar powder, salt and saute. - 3
Add the murmura and saute. Take care to coat the masala well with murmura.

The murmura would get crunchy which can be tastes by crushing with palm.

Bring down to a bowl. Add roasted ground nuts,mixture. Garnish with chakli and enjoy.
ThanksP.S. the masala murmura will stay crunchy, till the last bite,as any watery ingredient is not used.
