Khoya taiyar kar ke isko in plate me nikal le, aur jab hlka thanda ho jae tab isme maida add karein,, or mix karein,, hume soft dow chaie, thn isme 1/2 tsp ghee and baking powder, baking soda dal kar ache se mix kar de,,, is dow se me medium size ke balls bana kar, deep fry karein., sugar syrp banne ke liye hum ik pan me sugar and water dal kar pakeinge,, isme kesar,ilaachi powder bhi add karein, ik tar ka sugar syrp tyar kar le.

Dhyan rahein ki hot sugar syrp me fried balls na Dale, jab syrp hlka grm ho tb dale or inse dip kar ke 1 hr take rke,, gulabjamun tyar hai.
