Generally, we make dal fry,dal tadka from sabut mung dal but here I'm made dal fry from tuvar dal cuz it's extremely light and High in protein

Firstly take tuvar dal, wash it well and boil it by adding salt, turmeric powder and green chilli.

Now heat a ghee and oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaf, 1 peace Red chilli, mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, chopped Onion, garlic, ginger and tomato puree.

Now saute it till onion change to the brown colour, now add all dry masala, salt and add boiled dal.

Now stir it and cover with lid and cook it for couple of a minute.

You can garnish your dal with Garlic cloves and res chilli with extra tadka.

Serve your delicious dal with chapati,naan or jeera rice and enjoy your High Protein and law fat food.
