Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupRefined flour
  • 1/2 cupRava
  • 1 cupPalm pulp
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupSugar or jaggery
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • As neededOil for deep frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Soak rava in milk for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add refined flour, soaked rava, palm pulp, sugar, salt, fennel seed and mix properly.

  3. 3

    If needed you can add more milk to it.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan or kadai.

  5. 5

    Fry small ball sized fritters from the batter.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
