Fresh Coconut Burfi

Remove black skin of coconut cut white portion into small pieces and grind it into fine paste adding milk

Strain the mixture in muslin cloth so the milk will separate squeeze properly and take out dry crushed coconut in plate

Take a pan add ghee and crushed coconut..saute till mixture becomes dry and slightly change colour

In same pan add sugar and milk which we had squeezed sugar will dissolve in 2/3 minutes.put gas on low to medium and boil for five minutes so mixture will turn little thick..then add milk powder stir continuosly for five minutes..add elaichi powder chopped almonds and mix..after five minutes add roasted crushed coconut and mix continuosly till mixture leaves pan and turn into ball shape...

Remove it in greased plate. Pat it.. sprinkle chopped pistachios and leave to set for an hour... make pieces and now it's ready to enjoy
