At first, take 3 tbsp olive oil in a bowl and add salt as per your taste.

Then add chopped garlic and all the spices as required, into it and mix them all together very well.

Now add the peeled prawns in the Spice mixture.

Mix all together, then cover the bowl with a foil or cling film and keep rest it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After 30 mins open the cover and mix one more time all together, then thread the prawns onto the skewers with the cubed onions and capsicums.

Now heat a nonstick frying pan well and the skewers on it.

Grill each side about 8-10 minutes on medium heat.ehile one side is done just flip to the other side. It’ll take about 15-20 minutes to grill both sides.

Serve it with a fresh squeeze of lime, hot sticky rice.
