Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 3Boiled Potatoes - medium
  2. 200- grams Paneer
  3. 1 mediumOnion -
  4. 1 smallCapsicum -
  5. 1- Green Chilli
  6. As neededCrushed Cornflakes - For Coating
  7. 1/2 tsp- Ginger
  8. 1/2 tsp- Garlic
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tsp- Red Chilli Powder
  11. 1 tsp- Roasted Cumin Powder
  12. 1/2 tsp- Chaat Masala
  13. 1 smallCarom Seeds (Ajwain) - (optional)
  14. 2 tsp- Coriander Powder
  15. 4 tsp- All-purpose Flour
  16. As requiredOil For Frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add chopped onions, boiled and grated potato, grated paneer, green coriander leaves/curry leaves, chopped green chilli and grated ginger and garlic and mix well.

    Then add red chilli powder, carom seeds, coriander powder,chaat masala,roasted cumin powder and salt, mix again.

    Now for the slurry - add all-purpose flour (maida) in a small bowl and add water as well and make a running consistency of the slurry.

    Now fry these coated cutlets in the hot oil. Fry these cutlets on medium to high flame till the cutlets turn golden

    Serve these cutlets with any dip or chutney.
