  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 teaspoonyeast
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Oil

Steps

    Soak the rice overnight

  2. 2

    Mix the soaked rice with the cooked rice,add yeast and blend

  3. 3

    Cover and allow to rise

  4. 4

    Add sugar, salt,baking powder and mix

  5. 5

    Heat your masa pan drizzle with oil and fry
