Boiled moong chat
Very healthy and tasty dish.

Steps

First soak moong into water. Than rinse it. Take one cooker add moong, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli, turmeric powder and water.

Keep the cooker on a medium flame for 3 to 4 whistles.

After moon is boiled. Crush puris into small pieces and add moong than garnish it with chopped onion and lemon. It is ready to serve.
