This palm is now seasonal.And Itz a very much popular 'Pitha' of Bengal.It is made with Palm pulp,Rice flour and coconut Stuffing.You can make any design of it.I tried Gujiya style.

This palm is now seasonal.And Itz a very much popular 'Pitha' of Bengal.It is made with Palm pulp,Rice flour and coconut Stuffing.You can make any design of it.I tried Gujiya style.
Steps

Take a Pan/Kardhai.Put 1 cup of Palm pulp and heat it.

Now put salt as per taste and 2 tbsp of jaggery.Mix together well.

Then add Rice flour and mix it well.

Remove it from the Pan and put in a plate.

Now keep it for 10 mins for little cooling.

In another pan,take grated coconut and add 1 cup jaggery and let it melt.

Now keep stirring and when it becomes sticky.Then remove from the pan.

Now mash the dough well and make small balls to it.

Then make it like small bowl and put 1 tsp of stuffing and make any kind of design.

Take a momo maker and pour water.Boil it.

In the upper part,put the dumplings and steam it for 20 mins.

And hot Coconut Palm Dumplings are ready to serve.Enjoy the taste.
