Ingredients

4 people
  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 2medium tomatoes
  3. 2medium onion
  4. 8 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped for garnish
  6. 4 tablespoonbutter
  7. 2 tablespoonscream
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1 tspGaram masala
  11. 2 cardamom (elaichi)
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/4 tsp kasuri methi crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2tbsp butter in a pan and add the whole spices

  2. 2

    Add the onion and saute for 4 mins then add the garlic and tomatoes, add the coriander powder and the chilli powder(half tsp each) Add bit of water cover and cook for 10-15 mins

    Once all the ingredients are soft turn off gas and let it cool, then remove the whole spices and blend it in a mixer grinder

    Again add 2tbsp butter in a pan and fry the paneer for 2-4 mins

  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder and saute for a few seconds before adding the blended paste

  6. 6

    Add salt and coriander powder and garam masala and cook till the oil separates, you can add a bit of sugar if desired then add the kasuri methi and cook

  7. 7

    Add 1 tbsp of cream cook for 1-2 mins then serve hot with drizzled cream and coriander leaves on top
